I am not usually one to complain about fitness, but the King certainly pushed me this morning during the workout session with his security detail. I prefer to work out in the comfort of my own home, where it is only me, my equipment, and my music.

Jonas has been encouraging me lately to be more social. He has mentioned on more than one occasion since we returned from Asia that he senses something is on my mind. You know there is. I know there is. However, it is difficult for me to express what I feel to others. I was never like this. My whole life, I would tell Jonas everything. I never held back. The King has never passed judgement upon me. I honestly do not know why I have changed.

Perhaps bringing some closure to the events that negatively affected my family is the reason. Possibly there is something else that even you, my dearest journal, I am not ready to discuss.

This morning, Jonas unveiled the new Kronensport banner he hung in the castle’s gym. Kronensport will soon have its public launch, following the debut of the company’s logo last Friday, for one night only, as the official sponsor of the Dorstenland Fussball team during the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Kronensport is another non-profit entity Jonas will add to his growing non-profit portfolio. All profits will be spent on programs that directly assist Dorstenland’s lower-income citizens. For example, some programs include rent and utility assistance, while others will help citizens with their education costs and supplies.

Jonas has asked me to take the lead on future plans to expand Kronensport’s sportswear and equipment outside of Dorstenland. The King gave his blessing to my suggestion that Kronensport profits be given directly to non-profit programs in the country where the sportswear and equipment are sold. Such a feat will no doubt be a major undertaking. Baby steps.

Thinking about transparency, I ache from head to toe. Every muscle in my body is screaming. His Royal Highness might want to reconsider his royal duties and instead become a drill instructor or a coach. There is no doubt in my mind that I will continue working out alone in my home gym. Sometimes a private secretary needs boundaries, even with his King.
